How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

When placed an order online, we strive to get your purchase at your home as soon as possible. All orders that are placed, are send out within 2 workdays. Yes, all payments on the Urban Cotton webshop are made possible by Mollie. They are a familiar partner in payment systems for many large international webshops. They make sure that your transaction is done safely. When the payment is received, the order will be taken into production directly and the normal delivery times can be held into account. Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account. Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

After providing this information, you will need to click on the “Click to calculate shipping” button to determine your delivery charge, if applicable. If you have a valid promotional code, you may enter it in the “Coupon Discount” field directly beneath the shipping information. Be sure to click on the “Apply to Order” button in order to have your savings calculated and applied to your order. 

After completing the shipping and coupon discount information, you will need to enter in your payment details.  Once you have completed the form, click on the “Review Order” button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary. Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the “Submit order” button to the lower right of your screen.  You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

First, click on the “View cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the “Qty” header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update cart” link. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can browse on our website and add items to your basket without creating an account, but to make any purchases you need to create an account by providing an email address and creating a password. Once you’ve created an account, shopping with us will be even easier:

  • Save your details for speedier checkout
  • View all previous orders from your account
  • Track any order you’re waiting to have delivered
  • If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll keep you up to date with all the latest fashion news.
How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is despatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within Order Tracking.
